就当这个词是“教练”吧，总归不会是马车的意思。

Coach这个本来就在本公司由来已久的文化于2006年再次被“发扬光大”。管理层不停地用各种方式提醒，上级要更多地，更好地Coach下级。

本国的“提醒”文化也源远流长了几十年了，例如曾经提醒要振兴传统文化，说明传统文化真的有点被人忽视了，曾经提醒要振兴话剧，恰好是在话剧衰败的时候；

例如，曾经提醒过出门多戴几块表，说明大家经常忘了戴表；

例如，提醒过大家要知道什么是光荣的，什么耻辱的，说明可能有些人快没有了廉耻感了

现在的情况是，本公司在本国虽为外企也不得不学习到了“提醒”文化。

管理层着重提醒大家要“coach”，说明上级Coach下级的事情越来越少了。
